Privacy Policy

NHS Property Services uses your personal data for processing bookings for NHS Open Space. We do not require your consent to use your data as it will be used to enter into or fulfil a contract/agreement with NHS Property Services.   Failure to provide your information will result in you not being able to book space.  Your information will be used by our NHS Open Space central team(s) and may be shared externally with the venue that you are booked into. Your information will be kept for 6 years from the end of your last booking and will be destroyed or anonymised thereafter. 

NHS Property Services also uses your personal data to contact you with details of other products/services/promotions that we offer.  We require your permission to use your data for this purpose. Your personal information will only be used to contact you in the selected method and will not be shared.  Your information will only be used to contact you for the aforementioned purpose until you opt-out and will be kept for the above retention period.  For further information on retention, please visit our website.

If you have any concerns with how your data is being used, please contact our data protection officer on dpo@property.nhs.uk.  Further information about your rights are available on our corporate data privacy notice at www.property.nhs.uk/privacy-policy.
